Dr. Robert Ellsworth, N.M.D., F.A.A.O.
Received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and completed his studies as a Naturopathic Physician at Sonoran University of Health Sciences (formerly Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine & Health Sciences) in Tempe, Arizona.
Naturopathic Medicine is based on a model of wellness rather than disease management. It effectively integrates cutting edge innovations in medical science with proven natural modalities. His main specialty Prolotherapy/Joint Regeneration Therapy and Prolo-Zone and Platelet Rich Plasma. He also offers cutting edge IV therapies. Dr. Ellsworth also specializes in treating many chronic auto-immune disorders and infectious diseases including Lyme disease. He offers many complementary therapies for detoxification and healing, with multiple modalities.
Dr. Jeffery Lee, N.M.D
An experienced Naturopathic Physician with 19 years of dedication to integrating holistic and natural medicine with conventional care. His approach focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of health concerns rather than just alleviating symptoms. Dr. Lee firmly believes in the body’s innate ability to heal when provided with the right support.
After earning his Bachelor’s in Health Sciences from Brigham Young University, Dr. Lee became disillusioned with the way Western medicine treated his own health issues—focusing on symptom management rather than uncovering the underlying causes. This led him to pursue a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (Sonoran University), where he also completed extensive clinical training in interventional pain management.
Licensed as a Naturopathic Doctor in Arizona, Dr. Lee is committed to lifelong learning and staying current with the latest advancements in integrative medicine. As a member of the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association (AZNMA) and The American Academy of Ozone Therapy, Dr. Lee is actively engaged in the broader naturopathic community. He regularly attends conferences and workshops to stay informed and share insights with his peers.
Outside of his practice, he can be found working with his 11 year old daughter on her entrepreneurial endeavors in the world of 3D printing. His 4 year old son also keeps him busy and you may see him visiting the office on occasion as he wants to be a Doctor too. He enjoys taking long walks with his wife through Costco on Friday nights. When weather permits he loves to be on 2 wheels either biking to work or enjoying dirt bike outings with his extended family.
Serena Clark LPN,
Has been in the nursing field over three decades. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she started her nursing career with the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic in 2007. Again having the opportunity to work for an industry leader, Serena began her naturopathic journey at LifeWorks of Clearwater, Florida, under the tutelage of Dr. David Minkoff, a cutting-edge innovator in the field of naturopathic medicine. Serena solidified her “natural path” upon relocating to Arizona where she became the lead nurse for Five Seasons Health. Serena has been with Five Seasons for more than ten years, mastering the art of IV administration, while helping thousands of patients with their healing and/or preventive naturopathic healthcare.
